WILLIAM G. O’SULLIVAN, CPA, CVA

William O’Sullivan is a Principal of Mulcahy, Pauritsch, Salvador & Co., Ltd. (MPS). He has been with the firm since 1985.

Bill provides accounting, consulting, and tax services for privately held businesses and the owners of those businesses. He aslo provides accounting and consulting services to not-for-profit entities.

Bill graduated from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In 1983, he received his Masters degree in Business Administration from DePaul. In 2000, he completed courses for the Certified Valuation Analyst program.

Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. He is a board member and officer of Chicago Gaelic Park, is a member of Palos Lions Club, member of the ICPAS Construction Conference Task Force and past chair of ICPAS Construction Contractors Special Interest Group.

Bill has also taught courses at Moraine Valley Community College.
